AN EVER-GROWING DICTATORSHIP
Tuesday , December 09, 2003

It is alright to kill legally 40 million babies in their mother’s womb and to actually remove a feeding tube from a living, breathing person; and

It is alright to force pornography on every man, woman, and child on T.V., in movies, on every street corner, in every magazine, and on the internet; and

It is alright to pass “motor voter” laws to give illegal aliens drivers licenses and the privilege to vote; and

It is alright to promote same-sex marriage and to support adult/child-sex; and

It is alright for teachers to show your child how to wear a condom, how to say a four letter word, discipline your child if he or she uses the “gay” word disrespectfully and punishes your child if he or she say the word “Jesus”; and

It is alright for our State Department to promote the Muslim faith in the U. S. never mentioning the planes that flew into the N.Y. Trade Center that killed thousands.

But it is not alright to let a judge see you hanging the Ten Commandments in public view. It seems we have a new established religion in the U.S. The courts are becoming the state god. Since religion became such a compelling state interest for the judiciary, now the state wants to take the place of Jehovah.

We are creating a government by judiciary, which is in violation of our Constitution
and each individual’s liberty conscience.

As a matter of fact, if you look closely enough you will see the institutionalized judicial tyranny behind every tree, which by the way have more rights than you. When you consider court decisions on prayer, Bible reading, abortion, sodomy, the Ten Commandments and “under God” in our pledge, remember there is nothing in the Constitution that gives the judiciary the power to decide or legislate on these issues. The Constitution delegates the responsibility of limiting and regulating the jurisdiction of the federal courts to Congress.

Liberal Judges are making up their own laws that are in contradiction to the U.S. Constitution.

This judicial grabbing of legislative authority must be stopped. Judges can be impeached. This is one way. Or they could be stopped through the federal purse.

Maybe it is time we lobbied to have the funds cut off to any agency that violates
the Constitution.

I don’t know if you remember or not, but the Constitution was signed in “the year of
our Lord”. All three branches of government are to uphold the Constitution.

Who will stand against this ever-growing dictatorship? For sure, when God is removed the government will no longer be our servant, the government will become our master and we will no longer be free.
