| HABERSHAM
COUNTY, GEORGIA; APPEAL TEN COMMANDMENTS RULING AND INITITATE IMPEACHMENT
Monday , December 01, 2003
U.S. District Court Judge William C. O’Kelley has ruled that
Habersham County, Georgia must “immediately remove”
its copies of the Ten Commandments from public buildings on the
grounds that the Ten Commandment displays violate
the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. However, the Habersham
County, Georgia, Ten Commandments Support Committee is dauntless
in its pursuit to protect the Ten Commandments.
After meeting last week the Committee pledged to recommend to the
Habersham County Commissioners to appeal U.S. District Court Judge
William O’Kelley’s ruling and the Committee will initiate
action to call for the impeachment of Federal Judge William C. O’Kelley.
I sent out a press release following our meeting and would like
to read it to you now:

PRESS RELEASE
November 21, 2003
Habersham County, Georgia
HABERSHAM COUNTY SUPPORT THE TEN COMMANDMENTS COMMITTEE WILL RECOMMEND
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO APPEAL COURT ORDER AND COMMITTEE WILL CALL
FOR JUDGE’S IMPEACHMENT.
Because the Ten Commandments provide the moral principles for a
basic civil society and because the Habersham Ten Commandments Support
Committee has the endorsement of the citizens of Habersham County,
The Ten Commandment Support Committee has made the decision to recommend
to the Habersham County Commissioners to appeal within 30 days to
the 11th Circuit Appellate Court Judge William C. O’Kelley’s
November 17th unconstitutional decree to remove the Ten Commandments
from Habersham County, Georgia public buildings.
In addition, because Judge William C. O’Kelley ignored the
clear message of the
U.S. Constitution and substituted his opinion that turned two centuries
of America’s history and heritage upside down, the Habersham
Ten Commandments Support Committee has initiated action to call
for the impeachment of Federal Judge William C. O’Kelley in
an effort to restrict the usurpation of power by the Federal Courts.

Our Bill of Rights never had a ban on the recognition of belief
in God and the First Amendment to the Constitution banned federal
interference in people’s faith.
Please pray for Habersham County, Georgia’s decision to appeal
the ruling and for the Ten Commandment Support Committee’s
decision to call for the impeachment of Judge William C. O’Kelley.
We must not allow the federal judiciary to steal our Judeo-Christian
heritage. This is atheism contrary to the U. S. Constitution.
Remember Hamen was hung on the gallows he built for Mordecai.
