TEN COMMANDMENTS

The case between the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Habersham County is scheduled for Court in Gainesville, Georgia, October 20th, 2003.

This lawsuit was filed by a pastor and the ACLU to remove the Ten Commandments from public buildings.

All English law including the U.S. and Georgia Constitutions are based on the Ten Commandments. We commend our Commissioners in their decision to publicly portray this document.
