COULD SUICIDE BOMBERS COME TO THE UNITED STATES?
Friday, February 06. 2004

My heart broke recently over the shooting deaths of four Iraqi women who were being driven to their jobs as cleaners at a U.S. military base. They were merely employed by U.S. led forces in Iraq. A gunman opened fire on nine of them, killing four. This incident followed a suicide car bomb days earlier that killed 31 people and injured 120.

During the same period two American soldiers and three Iraqi policemen were killed.

On Monday of this week in Baghdad, two suicide bombers blew themselves up in the offices of the two main Kurdish parties that were aligned with the U.S. Fifty were killed and hundreds injured, including top leaders. The bombers were dressed like Muslim clerics.

As of now it is believed the attackers were connected to Alqaeda and Ansar al-Islam.

These are the same tactics used by Palestinians in Israel to kill Jews. However, Israel was restrained by the U.S. and told to curtail its retaliation and to endure the hardships of the suicide bombers.

If the homicide bombers are successful in Israel and in Iraq, please recognize the fact that the day is coming when suicide bombers will be here in the U.S.

Do we really understand the truth about the rise of Islam, and the requirements set by its founder, Muhammad. Do we really understand the meaning of jihad against all “infidels” meaning non-Muslims? We need to comprehend the terror network for what it is and see the aggressive global, political, military, and spiritual Islamic extremism that manifested itself on 9/11, and that faces us today.

We are fighting terrorism on other’s soil for now, but if we get side-tracked with political campaign rhetoric, we could see men and women weeping on the front pages of our papers.

Pray for this nation. Pray that we as a people will return to the God of the Bible.
He is our only real protection.

Stand in agreement with this promise that “no weapon formed against thee shall prosper.” Isaiah 54:17
